Just got a commer not sure where to start

Hello all nice to meet you, I have just bought a commer from Ebay got a bit carried away and spent £908 on it! It has a years MOT and mechanicly it's sound. How ever the odd patch of rust described by the seller is infact alot there are alot of small patches but there is alot of rust on the front above the windscreen which has been polly filled to death and painted over! Also the seals are wilting around the windows and the push up roof is falling to bits the rubber seals and wood are rotton and its wonky. Apart from all of that I love it and it's money well spent.

Would anyone who knows anything on all the bits i mentioned be able to help? I'm in Aldershot in hants and would love any info or help.
