You do realise that woolfy will expect to cook the bacon on the heat reflected back off the welding [}:)] Don't waste time eating too many butties, there's work to be done. Can't make it myself unfortunately but if there is any of my really useful advice you need just ask. You have got the practical experts coming to sort you out, I tend to see myself as more of a theoretical type (all talk and no action ;))
 
im sure theres something more to my ride as i looked closer today and theres definatly that bright yellow paint underneath the top layers of paint which everyone would remember on the bt vans,at first i thought it might be the undercoat or a primer but when you sand through the layers and cut through the yellow there is a primer coat underneath it ,so that rules that theary out.;)[?]
 
I hope you are taking photo's as you go so we can all see evidence of yellow paint :) saw a yellow commervan on the professionals last night! with side door!just like yours woolfy,only a load of armed robbers with shooters flew out of the back as the doors swung open :p hopefully they will show that one again!
 
that sounds cool,when you come up we could re-enact that seen and take a few photos for the forum ,only we will be jumping out of the floor with welding guns.ha ha.;):p
 
That sounds like it has to be done, wish I could join you for the welding party, and bring my grey capri up to help with professionals re-enactment - needs a pointless stack of cardboard boxes to be done properly. Sadly wouldn't be able to do either, but offer my continued moral support and photo-uploading expertise (I'll even get big photos first time) if this is of any help.:)
