I challenge YOU

I've spent the last few weeks trying to find a thicker antiroll bar but have had no luck I've phoned a few spring places but they only make coils I feel this will improve the front handling alot so I put it out there to you all coz I'm at a loss

GOD DAMN IM MISSING MY VAN.
BUT IT'S GOING TO BE WORTH IT

I also was thinking about this today. I don't like rubber ;-), and their seems to be to much in the anti roll bar on the vans :). I was thinking about doing away with the rubber drop links and making some new ones using rod ends.

Would this make the set up to harsh? or would it help to make it all a bit more positive?

Try asking them if they can supply a length of 24-26mm spring steel, then we can make them and then get them to heat treat them to a spring temper ;)

Great idea Dan [^] would take away all the "squish" and transfer it into actually twisting the ARB :)

Ok then I will measure it up tomorrow and order up the rod ends. Thats an easy mod. Will get pics up once I have made them. I will price up replacing all the track rod ends/ball joints with rod ends to, as I don't like the new MOT rule of, all the gaiters being perfect. At least with rod ends they are much better manufactured, have much less/no play, and just look cool ;-).
