Hybrid Dodge

Interesting hybrid, described as a Buccaneer (probably correct), but with a Wanderer roof:

Get in now when they are relatively cheap and before they rise to the madness of VW campervan levels. However, it should be viewed as an ongoing/rolling restoration project due to the work required to the interior.

Reaching back into the far recesses of my mind (you don't want to go there) I seem to remember that the Ford with a Wanderer roof was called the Buccaneer - or did I just make that up

I think the Transit version was the Wayfarer. There was a Commer (or Spacevan) Buccaneer which had a full length elevating roof which extended over the cab area. Probably need to take a look at Kes's archive.

Looks like the Brit Dodge should have a Spacemaker roof if its a Buccaneer :-
