Heater box replacement

It's been a while since I've been on.
My heater box is held together with duct tape at the moment and doesn't work, so I have got hold of a decent replacement one and plan to swap out. Any one done this before? Is it a complete dash out job or can it be wrangled with doing this?

It's held on by four(?) bolts and is quite straightforward to remove, but rather fiddly. Dash can stay in, but it will be much easier if the centre vertical panel is removed.
If you're removing the heater matrix from the box, make sure it's refitted the same way up. You can tell by the ridges on the outlet pipes. Give the heater matrix a really good flush out before you install it.
