Hanging doors...

Hi all, any tips on hanging the doors? I’ve had the other off before a few times and no issues getting it back on but this one will not hang at all. The top corner is way out to the point it hits the B post as the door is at quite an angle maybe dropping a cm front to back. It worked ok before. I have done some welding but nothing around the a post and nowhere near enough to allow anything to move. Packing the bottom hinge helps raise it but it’s getting close to the whole door bottom touching the b post. Hinges don’t appear to have much movement. I’m guessing there aren’t many tips unless I’m missing something glaring.

Is there any wear in the top hinge?
Oops just re-read your post. Is there any packing behind the top hinge? A shim may have rusted to the plate and not be obvious.
 
Good point on the shim Panky, going to take the hinges off the doors check them for play and switch them over to see if helps, if not I might have to grind the plate and hinge back back while packing the bottom some more. Real PITA when it fitted before removing
 
Must be really annoying as it fitted before. Maybe the hinges are different and one is thinner already. Did you paint them and there’s a paint run in the way etc. Will packing on door bit instead of frame work differently?
 
Before you take the door off try loosening the top hinge and move it out as far as it will go then tighten it up.
 
thanks all - I'll try that, I think I've tried every possible position, maybe this is the one I've missed :) hindsight I wish I'd Sharpie marked the hinge positions.
