just repaired my petrol tank but now cant get fuel round to start my baby any help please
from commer virgin

half way between the gutter and the stars


just got a commer highwayman and she needs a little work on so looking for help and tips many thanks

Blow down the fuel line to the tank, to make sure it's clear. If the pump is screwed together, check the diagphram for splits.

Pumps dont like pumping dry, so fire it up on some bradex to pull it through

I think you've just popped your cherry
You could just try a dribble of fuel down the carb to get it fired up a couple of times, that should be enough to drag the juice through from the tank.
