No, I wouldn't trust that at all. Just go with one of the FHBV or whatever they're called recommendations.

Its big selling point is "as developed for ww2 aircraft". What it fails to mention is it was done to help combat the extremely poor quality of fuels for soviet based squadrons. Over here we had 104/130 and 100/150 highly developed avgas, not much need for a pill [:0]

I used castrol valvemaster in yori - managed to get the ones in disposable syringes so no messing about at the pump measuring, just snap the top and inject
 
I remain sceptical about adding tin alloy pellets, after all, why haven't vehicle manufacturers been offering them as an optional extra from new, if they're so good[?]
