Front disc conversion

Hi all, I was wondering if there was a popular front disc conversion that anyone might have done. With upgrading my engine (possably a 3ltr V6) I thought i should have a bash at the brakes too. Also I was going to change the rear axle due to the fear of blowing the diff, or busting half shafts. Any ideas? Any help would be great. phil.

The only straight swap discs are Humber Hawk, you just have to find some :I
axle wise a Rover p5 is a good choice (same pcd) or Jag irs or Ford atlas ;)

"you were only supposed to blow the bloody SLIDING doors off"

Rather than fit discs why not fit a remote servo. The drums are big and do the job fine - they just needs a mighty shove for anything to happen, a servo would make life much easier.

Thanks panky, I took the drums off a few hours ago and was amazed at the size of the shoes etc. Might be an easier way to go then - find a servo, or maybe a complete new master cylinder with servo etc. Jag IRS sound good too - i've a couple im watching on ebay. Tahnks for the advice, Phil.
