The Rover 2000 TC resto project we were selling on behalf of Glyns' brother is now free to a good home - had a few buyers but no collectors and Glyns' brother just wants shot of it- said it should be scrapped[:0]. It is far too nice to scrap so we are trying to find it a loving home before it gets put down

Engine seized through standing, car complete apart from bonnet badge and drivers' door card but partially dismantled to weld (done) needs new carpets as old ones rotten - exhuast and sills need refitting and seats putting back in. Sunroof leaks otherwise very sound car - surface rust to door bottoms - 3 glass fibre wings

Would love to keep it but can't so if you have the time and the inclination all you will need is a trailer and a spin out to Cardigan in West Wales (will even include a cuppa in the deal:D

Thanks folks, We are just outside Cardigan on the West Wales coast. Someone from the Pembrokeshire Classic Car Club did come up and see car when it was for sale and wanted it - but didn't have anywhere to put it that wouldn't lead to divorce proceedings or trouble with neighbours:I. Thanks for reminding me as will be worth contacting them again now car is free[:X]

no takers with car club but put it on our local freecycle site and the enthusiasts came out of the woodwork - have had four takers on the first day so hopefully will now see some restoration:):D[8D]
