whilst flatting back the panel van iv had a rite problem trying to sane down insides of the flutes. i have found however that a standard AA sized battery fits perfectly when wrapped in sand paper, sand away.+ job done.

good to know thanks! Its all to easy to get a splodge of filler in there. Careful you don't sand away the casing of the battery - that would make a right mess!
