Fire Engine

Had a chat with the guy with the Commer fire engine. Turns out it's a Spacevan, it has spent all it's life on an airfield. It's not mint by any imagination, it has had a plate welded in the floor and has obvious small damage here and there. In the words of the owner 'It could do with a respray'.
Really unusual and I'd love to own it, but I think the £6000 price tag is a bit steep [:0] It made Admin spill his coffee :I

You can get a REAL fire engine for less than that

I do like a van in uniform :I I wonder how much it would be if it was from the darkside [?]
it is dead cute [^]

"SYBHIL" & N0.1

that is very nice. I'm sure the handling wouldn't be improved by a tank full of water and all that equipment!

£6000 is a savage price you can get a german mk1 transit fire enging for that and you could eat your dinner off it that clean

wow, that's a handy person to know - wonder what the whackiest vehicle they've converted - fiat 500? lambo? can't quite picture a darksider version - doesn't strike me it would give off suitable reassurance in the rapid response department (where as a spacevan does of course:D)

£6000, does it come fully loaded with firemen for that?[:X][}:)];):I
