Early 60's Commer van height

Hi all,
I'm new here and i'm looking at buying an early 60's Commer FC van. It has the single light at the front beside the headlight.
However, before i make 4000km round trip to Tasmania to check it out i want to make sure it will fit in the garage.

So, can anyone tell me with certainty what the maximum height of a van is?
It's a tin top not a pop top however it does appear to have a vent on the roof behind the front seats. I believe it is factory fitted.
Apparently it was a school bus in Tassie but was turned into a camper then garaged in '84.

The owner can't tell me, he just had a hip replacement.
Sorry if this has been asked before, i've searched the forum nothing came up about tin tops, only campers.

Cheers,

That's brilliant.
Looks like she'll fit.
A road trip might be in order, if the bloody rain ever stops!

Thanks Panky.

I love the van, I have never seen one with the bottom vent behind the 3 chrome strips , i love it ,
