Diff Ratio's

Hi,
Could someone tell me what diff ratio's they have tried in there van and how they went, also what they got them out of to start with.

Most people i have spoken to have said humbers the way to go but they havnt told me how, is it just a matter of popping the axles and changing the centers?

I think the later Spacevans had a higher ratio diff because of the smaller 14" wheels they used.

Mine has a 4.77 diff and 15" wheels and its still undergeared :I

i have 4.2 centre, that fits but have not tryed yet, got it from a super snipe (67 i think). also the stub axle bolts straight in, easy frount dics setup.

helps to steal the rear brake setup, backing plates, slaves, shoes etc, and cut off the handbrake mount. off one car u can get better diff ratio, frount discs, bigger rear drums, and a hand break.
