Diesel Engine....your thoughts!!

Hi all,
As my engine has had it and was struggling to find another. I have an original diesel engine and box ready to fit.
Before it goes in I am curious on fellow commer owners thoughts concerning if they are any good!! Obviously I am not expecting it to be a racer!!

Your taking a chance if the engine isn't a known good one, I would really consider a rebuild of your old engine as the best option - maybe using one of the short engines off Ebay as a base.
