Got a set of 5 15" Commer wheels, need new tyres (and old ones removing) plus a clean up but they are good wheels

Commer engine lid, metal one - holes for a seat in it. Got the catches on the back to lock it down - one of the hinge brackets is missing on the front, bit of surface rust but solid with rubber seal.
