clutch slave cylinder now!

So all well with gear box bits n bobs.. it now appears I need a new slave cylinder.. will any do or does it have to be dodge specific as would like to try sourcing.. (had to leave van to mechanic who doesn't get home til the eve, as I live on a slope and the hand brake also gone!) thanks comer councillor team brilliant! [8)]

There's the usual suppliers on the home page and some on ebay, for example:-

sorry wanted to know if slave cylinder has to be dodge make or would mini for example do.. would like it on road by fri is why..

Not that I know of unfortunately:I You could take the old seals to a motor factors and see if they could match them but it's a long shot. Best to see if Martin or Speedies has one for next day delivery.

If you did decide to replace the seals the Speedies do list them.
These seals might fit off a Triumph Vitesse 2 Litre or GT6:-

You would need to get your mechanic to check your cylinder bore size is one inch first and maybe check with the seller as they sell the Commer cylinder too.

Whilst the above Triumphs' cylinders' mounts are not the same, the TR5, TR6, Stag, 2500 and 2.5Pi do look similar but you would have to make sure.

Check out the Sunbeam Rapier, Singer Gazelle and Vogue as well.;)
