A new addition to the list, is chassis plates. These tend to disintegrate and fall off, a nice addition to your resto 
There are 3 different types I know of, there may be more [?] Pictured below is the later type. I can stamp these up with your numbers for a total £12.50
So as not to upset Mr & Mrs DVLA, I would require a copy of your reg doc or chassis plate, just to keep things above board
