PROBLEM CAN NOT FIND THE CHASSIS NUMBER[?]
OR IS IT YOU

HELP HELP

Christian

An imp chassis number is in one of two places: either on a plate next to the place where you put petrol in it, or on the very early ones, on the left side of the engine bay. It is not stamped on to the body - only on aluminium plates.

go to www.theimpclub.co.uk for the forum - there is at least one person I know of in Belgium that has a chamois, and there is also a very big group in Holland.

I found the number of frame is situed on the support of silent engine block yhr lock of the driving safe. Without this number impossible to register the vehicle check made a success for the safety, brakes, suspensions, direction OK I am very happy of my purcase:D

You will not be the first 1967 Wanderer to pass through Belgium, although our van was slightly newer when we undertook the trip and it was far less adventurous than yours!

This reminds me, I must get round to writing Part 3 of the trilogy "into Germany and Denmark", featuring such highlights as 'tinned peaches', the Iron Curtain and my visit to the Reeperbahn at the age of 10!

I am not sure if this is an invitation to drive through the middle of your house? But thanks anyway. On the way out I am not planning on stopping in Belgium. On the way back I will be going to the Bastogne and Ardennes to visit some war sites, so maybe after that. Are you coming to martin's meeting?
