Has anyone fitted Central Locking to a Commer? I have been looking at kits on ebay and wondered what experience people have had?

Is it possible to centrally lock the rear 'van' doors without too much butchery?

I bought an alarm with central locking solenoids included in the kit but I decided they weren't man enough to operate the door mechanism. Eventually I want to make something up that somehow jams the mechanism so using the key door sort of deadlocks the doors. The rears will need a couple of shoot bolts making up, you would need a very strong solenoid to work the existing linkage.
