I just paid the bill last week so should be good for another year
biggest annoyance is that people cannot change their email address on their profile so if someone doesn't check an old email address as regularly that could be a reason
(or they don't like you!)

I for one am terrible for checking my email,post on here that you are sending a pm then the person will check their registered email.
