I wondered about it, don't know much about what vans about at the time so not sure of alternatives - think it is PB as front wheels tucked under - and is either white stripe or light reflecting on curve under windows, lack of pop roof and back step could make it look flatter but here is van as clear as I can get it.... (original pic is a photo of a photo taken from one of Dads' library books) perhaps someone who knows the early 60s vans will be able to say for sure
