Yes it worked well and there was space for everyone to gather[8D] There was a little bit of a problem as the gazebo isn't exactly waterproof and those thaking shelter in there needed their brollies[8)]

Hey cheers Panky, She'd feeling a little better now, was great seeing you all. My dad said he was impressed with the spay job you did, Glad the beers went down well. I learnt alot and loved having a nosy at everyones vans. I took bets for her first lil drive in years today :)

Safely home with new chaise lounge in the back:)Unfortunately failed MOT yesterday:(However it was just handbrake adjustment and leaking rear brake cylinder, both now fixed:DThanks for a great weekend, it was good to see old friends again and despite the weather we had a brilliant time:p
 
:( Would you belive it got back from Blackpool on Monday last week and no internet it has taken Orange 11 days to send us out a new Modem thingy.[:(!]

Finaly got back on line late last night :D anyway we would like to give a belated thanks to all who managed to make the Blackpool meet. Everybody said there had a great time dispite the weather and the 5 hour trip through the illuminations. [:0] We are packed and ready for Coventry in the morning so we will see you there:p

Heidi and I spent a long weekend camping in Jim, We stayed at Rawcliffe Hall near Blackpool, for those who can remember this is where we had the Blackpool Commer Meet and can you belive that was in 2011, it feels like only yesterday not 10 years ago. But what a great meet we had, going in Commervoy through the lights, the Belgium lads breaking down, and everyone pushing there van through the illuminations, and it taking 6 hours to get through them.
We had a slighter quieter time this week end, but Heidi is getting older!!
 
One of the best meets ever :cool: I still remember watching from the chippy as the Belgian van slowly taking itself off down the road and Christian and his brother in law ambling away swigging wine:D
