Badge finxings?

bit of a random one I know, but the front badge "dodge" or commer the individual letters are pins, one of my letters is really loose, are the pins on the back supposed to sit in some type of rubber cup then into the body?
Hope that sounded right

Yes there's usually little plastic inserts that push into the holes for the pins to locate into, I think Martin M will have them but I just use a little blob of sealant.

Hi just another Q about badges how do I take off the Hi Line badge on the Pass door tried gently with screwdriver but don't want to break it

Pretty sure it's the same fixing method with pins into plastic inserts, but they are quite brittle. Might be worth a try using a broad paint scraper to spread the strain over a bigger area as you prise it off, be very careful though.
Or try two scrapers, one either side of the badge, so you can ease it out with out putting too much strain on one side.

Have had a better look now that window etc is out and it seems to be held on by two nuts on inside of door. The badge is way down at the bottom of door so getting spanner on nearly impossible unless you had a very very small hand on very long spanner. There is no get at hole on inside of door, like the idea of taking off the letting badge to see what's behind trouble is no matter how gentle I am everything is just old and brittle. Looks fine till anyone goes near it. Finely got the dash out tonight

Nut's, that's a new one. You could drill a couple of holes on the inside of the doo to get to them as long as they're behind the door card. But pretty sure what you can see is the end of the plastic inserts, no point in taking them off if it's not absolutely necessary though.
