One new exhaust and two new studs later the van has passed the MOT !!!:D:D

The starting is much improved now I have attached the choke cable but it still has a long way to go before the wife will trust it ( bit like a bad dog really).

So new spark plugs, tappet adjustment and a petrol pump service and we'll see where we are.
 
HA, you needed two studs too.

Sorry just realised - that's the van acting like a bad dog:I

And yes I had to get the studs replaced on the manifold as the old ones stopped being studs and became spigots and the old exhaust was too rust welded together to separate so bought a complete system instead.
