Hi Hazel - welcome:)

Don't know that part of the world mechanic-restoration wise, but am hopeful someone here will be able to point you in right direction - I would suggest Martin Maltas here on the forum but there seem to be a few commers in the queue for that incredible workshop;):D

Would love to hear more about your van and see pics if you have any - may help to give an idea on how drastic the makeover needs to be - it's good to hear of another commer going to get some love and attention[^]

Hi, Thanks for your help how do i get in contact with Dozer in somerset?
It's a brilliant commer spent alot of my childhood going up to the lakes, Robin's Hood bay I have just had a baby and can't wait to take him on holiday again. Had so many happy times and want to carry the memories on.
I will take some pictures this afternoon of her and will post them on tonight if i get chance.
Thanks again for your ideas

Organic Commer! That is an impressive shade of tree juice, you could respray the bottom half green[8D] Interior looks in great condition and looks like general bodywork could be fairly good under the moss apart from the gutters and that back corner by hinge - Reckon it'll clean up better than expected. What are the lower flutey panels and corners like? Hope you find some help doing it, will be great to chat to Martin - one very talented Commer dude[8D] interesting to hear of your resto business too Ian, worth putting a listing under services offered topics;)

Van well worth saving[^]

Hello, welcome, yours is even greener than mine was!;) Good old scrub down with the fairy and it looks alot better, well at least now you can see the rusty bits:D Happy cleaning Fearns

Moss Chops isn't so mossy anymore :D you've been busy. That looks like a nasty repair to the roof but Dozer should be able to sort it for for you. It might be an idea to put a cover over the van to keep the rain out and minimise any damage to the interior[xx(]

lot of elbow grease gone into that - love the two tone black & white - has a certain smile to the front:) good luck with repairs
