Aussie Gold Coast van on GumTree

1970, that must be the oldest van I've seen in Australia. Wonder when they stopped importing/ building the CKD kits.
 
Not well expressed, it must be one of the "latest ones built", there are plenty, like mine, that are older mid 60's models. No idea when they stopped making/selling them, I suspect very early 70's. I would have been 9 years old and do remember a few of the odd looking Commer and Morris J vans, but the majority went to the Kombi, which was well established and just about every bread delivery van and Mail van was a Ford Transit. Then we started getting the early Toyota Hi-Ace, Datsun Homer & E20 and who can forget the legendary Mazda Bongo Van.
