The van is well worth what he wants for it, you would only have to attend a few shows and it will pay for itself in Ice Cream sales. Ice cream vans can be a licence to print money if you know what your doing.

I'd love this if I had the money, I could happily earn my living as an Ice cream man. Getting a pitch at shows wouldn't be a problem, how many retro/classic car organisers wouldn't want this serving up cold refreshment?

The seller does not make life easy for buyers. I have bought some Bedford CF parts from him and he is being really awkward with regards making himself available for me to collect them. Has he done the same with potential buyers of the Commer and the Fordson he`s had up for sale a few times?
 
That's interesting, so maybe the previous buyers weren't mucking him about, they just got pee'd off with not being able to conclude the sale, then walked away?
If it's just an ice cream van that's wanted, there's much cheaper ones out there, this would have to be a purchase of passion more than pure business.
