Anti roll bars

Just took the ARB off Kermit and it,s 23.8mm the same as the one on the Dodge. But the one,s off no.1 and 3 are 20.6mm, so it would seem that there is an early small one and a later uprated one. It,s still too small but certainly a step in the right direction. Does anyone else know about this [?] Martin [?]

Yes as far as I know the earlier (pa?) ones were smaller.
Iceman has the larger size but the one from the mid sixties van I scrapped had the smaller one. I guess it was one of the many subtle mods done with the introduction of the PB. I have a couple of other ones kicking around so will have a look and see if the logic carries through.

BTW I am thinking of upgrading icemans one as no matter how tight I do up the fittings it still shifts around and clonks in the corners and over bumps. Did you get those rose jointed drop links made up or are they a standard part off something else?

I just need a good rootes...

Ah, so we all need to look out for the later ones then, unless you like driving a boat of course ;)
It,s 2 1/2 x 1/2 rose joints and a threaded rod which i made up, simple really. I did ream out the holes in the ARB and make some bushes as they are tapered as STD. You could help stop it shifting with a couple of clamps :)
