Another carb question.

Morning,:)does any body know why my carb{webber} seems to be dumping a lot of fuel into the manifold i took it off this morning to clean the slow running jet as the old girl would not idle at all and there was about half a cm of fuel in the manifold..have cleaned and un blocked all jets as per the manual and just wondered if this problem was caused by the very blocked idle jet or by something more sinister any ideas?? martin, panky!!:D
 
also have now realised looking at the exploded diagram that i appear to be missing the volume control screw for the carb and part of my long running problem with economy aand dodgy runnning may be caused by this any one got a spare:D
