Looking to replace my, Oil soaked, Air filter and I've noticed the Air intake system on my 79 Dodge space van is dfferent to other commers. According to my Dodge hand book I should have 1. A Baffle Box. (got) 2. Flame Trap (missing) 3. Metallised air intake? (missing)and were should this connect, one end to the air filter box the other end???.
Why can't things be simple. I only wanted to change the Filter!
Can anyone shed light on the best way forward.
