kjh;)

wow, could be a good buy - anyone wanting to offer their finishing skills to see if seller wants to keep it and get it painted?

I happen to be in Devon later this week, I'd like to check this one out :) It looks fairly tidy and solid in the pics. If the price isn't silly and it just needs a respray then I might fancy this little project.

excellent stuff...nice to have a blank canvas ready to make it your own:) good luck with exped.

I took a little detour on my holiday to see this one. Unfortunately it wasn't for me as it fell a bit short of it's eBay description (especially the 'ready for spraying' part!!).

Anyone know if this sold to someone on here???

what was wrong with it then.in what way? was it a bit short of ready for spraying then. looks rather good to me.:p

Yeah it did look very promising in the pics, but..... the rear doors were totally rotted at the bottom and hadn't been touched, my detector suggested there was bit too much filler in some of the seams (though these weren't too bad on the whole), the front doors were repaired with what looked like bitumen underseal and the rotten front valance had an inch(!) of plod sculpted over it which would have lasted all of 5 mins! The interior was pretty much shot, looked OK in the pics.

On the plus side, I learnt that the Wanderer conversion has about an inch more head room than an Autosleeper! And that the missus definitely approves of Commers :D So not all bad then!
