Hi guys. Does anybody have an exhaust manifold for sale? Mine has a hole which is right above altinator which is burning a nice hole in it. Any help greatly appreciated
 
There should be a few around taken off to fit one of Martin M's tubular manifolds - or you could go tubular yourself;)
 
Yes just spoken to martin to get q/l seals and it is. Budgets shrinking so will try to get used or welded and get new when/if it fails at a later date
 
Lol bother. I will have a look thanks. Bit dumb of me not to be looking for minx manifold. Only been looking for commer, whoops
 
On that ebay ad it that how it looks in situ? Mine doesn't. Mine doesn't have that metal box thing above the manifold and glass fuel pump(?) is buried down side. Also have altinator not dynamo.
 
It's the same manifold though, but it looks like there's a stud broken on the exhaust side so you will need to plan for the to be drilled and tapped if you decide to get it.
 
Ahh ok. The joy of old machines lol. Thanks for the warning. I am a mechanical idiot, so stud? Which bit? Been chatting and some say if the hole is roundish, drill, tap and stick a bolt in.
 
There should be two threaded studs sticking out of the end where the exhaust pipe attaches but it looks like one is missing.
