Thanks Guys. I kinda was thinking that but all terminals and wiring have been removed. Does the battery leads run to the relay that sits next to the starter motor? That seems an obvious place. All the other wiring looks to be intact.

yep i know super dumb question. Ive got a rusty incomplete 69 panel. Cant find battery terminals anywhere as been removed. Have a fusebox though Pkanning to fix carby connect up some fresh power and see what works. Where does the battery live normally?
