Yes it's the blue one and comes with ali head rocker cover and sump It doesn't come with carbs will my big single su fit it and my other engine ancillaries ?? I'm very tempted What will the difference be from my old engine Thanks

Surfing through ebay tonight at wotk i noticed an ening for sale fitted with a aliminum head all ready to go . Would this engine be any improvement over the one currentlt fitted to my van or is it just the holbay ones that improve performance ???

Cheers guys I've made a plan I'm gonna try compression tester on another car to be sure its no good but im convinced it's useless Then clean up all my parts do a ring and valve check with petrol if all looks fine I'll put the head back on with a new gasket and re compression test with one I know...

Well I've been brave enough to get stuck into getting my van running again after it died last year from blowing hoses off and getting very hot I compression tested it and got nothing on all cylinders so guessed that I was either using it wrong or its no good ( its new but ive never tried it...

It's definitely something serious its died a few times since blowing hoses off n leaking water and so it's off the road till next year I'm sort out the camper side off it then I'll strip the Engine n see what the damage is after I've compression tested it . Hopefully next year will bring more...

There is a hole in the metal pannel where the interior light and rear veiw mirror is fastened to ive tried fitting a guage in this hole but it hits the wiper motor . I thought it was just my van with a random hole here but then looking through some pics of another van they have the same hole...

Had a look today charged the batt tested the thermostat and got it running and filled the rad to the brim to do my best to bleed the system Id had an issue with the hester being cold and when I pulled the pipe while it was running and nothing so put the hose on it till it came out the other end...
