I have about four brand new old stock steps.the hing part is already built in, you would just have to make up the rods or levers to operate it, as I don't have any of them im afraid. it shouldn't be to difficult though I wouldn't have thought.:p;) Big Bad Woolf

I nearly bought the 68 van, hes a pikey, and the van needs lots and lots of work, trust me! I think it was used as a chicken shed or something like that for years. the chassey and floors are cover in rust. if you think you can handle it, then great, but just make sure you have very very deep...

I love the vans and i know I will probably get shot for saying this, but even though the sliders are quite rare, I've never really been a great lover of them on the commers. I think it's because they are on the outside and look like a bolt on after thought . They look bulky unlike the nice...
