It's in Oxmoor Lane. If you drive on the B1222 from Sherburn towards Cawood, turn left into Oxmoor Lane (opposite Scalm Lane which would take you towards Selby). Commerland is the first on your left. :) If you go across the railway line (on the B1222), you've just gone too far.
