HI THERE guys ... sorry 4 the lack of contact but things havent been good my end ... of all things i had phenomena and iv had zero bone growth since the op so there is still a 4 mill gap in my thigh bone :( lots of pain and coughing at the mo .... but hey ho im alive

hi tim talking of j4s ... iv got a good engine 4 one + odd bits sat in my spares garage if you now any one who would want it .. cheap ... plus a good 2,1/4 petrol landy engine ... loads of old stuff
