Does anybody know the seatbelt law regarding the centre front seat in my 1978 Dodge Spacevan. It does not look to have ever been fitted with a seat belt. Some of the websites on seatbelt law only refer to the outboard front seats needing to have them fitted in vans. I'm confused.

£14,500 for such a beautiful rust free camper seems cheap to me.

Thanks for your safety concerns. I removed the extra supports just while I took the photo. I do agree it looks unsafe, but now supported with much more timber and straps. Welding starts this week.

Got my Spacevan tipped over 50 degrees so that I can clean it up and do the welding as required. Most of it is pretty solid. Whilst its over I plan to fit a hidden towbar bracket.

It is currently totally stripped down, tipped on its side and waiting to be welded. Most of the running gear has been blasted and primed.

My wife bought me an old Commer constructor set from Ebay, I have modified and painted the van blue to match my Spacevan.
