    Intake plumbing

Hi Panky, Sorry for the delay. Brakes, Clutch, and Electrics all done so it was time for a road test... Gearbox crunches very badly on 3rd, and 4th, and it is coughing and spluttering so the carb needs sorting/replacing. The breather plumbing has gone on the back burner for a while..

    Intake plumbing

Hi Guys, I have numerous bits... Can anyone share a pic (or more) of how to plumb the intake? My main problem is the breather, I have some parts supplied with the van (I think with some missing pipes) and a complete set but it is like doing a jigsaw without the picture on the box! Thank you

Particularly the 1725 ally head, BL "S" series, and to a lesser extent BL "A" series, "B" series, and Ford Kent amongst others. The problem is...

    NUTS !!!!

The manual says not to lubricate the threads however if you put them in freshly cleaned in petrol (or your parts washer - lucky you) the threads will have rather more friction than when they were new with cutting oil still on them. My advise (consider me "that bloke in the pub") I run a 1/4"...

    Wanted

I have been thinking for some time about getting a Commer campervan. I would like the type with the over-cab sleeping compartment (if that is what it is) I have a couple of other Rootes vehicles which is why the Commer appeals. What have you got that needs a good home?
