Thank you that was brilliant advice and I have ordered the seal from Simply bearings with the dimensions in the link! Huge help! I also spoke to OverDrive and he says the overdrive is a D? and thinks he has the seal, so will sort that on Monday. :)

Ok that makes sense but does the J or D gearbox affect the Clutch Slave Cylinder or Clutch Master Cylinder? ie are they different for each type? I just don't want to order the wrong parts. Once I know which gear box i will order those two plus maybe the Brake master cylinder from the same place...
