Solar battery charger

This looks as if it might be a tasty bit of gear for a commer especially if it's parked up on a camp site. It's supposed to be from the AA so it should work but I was wondering if anyone had ever used one and if so their opinion please.[:X]

More for leaving cars That park up to trickle charge the main battery these things, don't think you'd get sufficient output to keep a leisure battery topped up...well maybe in Spain generally you need a bigun ont roof

Agree with Jim on this - it does not list the ampage so couldn't even comment on its effectiveness properly. Certainly would work for the van parked up but not the leisure battery.

Hi Jim, At the moment I have no idea what's going on with the Lulu, as you say she was looking very good and nearly finished but then Woolfy tried cutting his finger off and no one's heard anything from him since then. I have a mate and his wife who visit relatives in Coventry fairly regularly and they will call round to Woolfy's to see if he's OK. I think Lulu's been a jinx ever since I bought her.[?]
