scottish-vanners

thanks to john for allowing me the chance to link to my site,

scottish-vanners is 11 months old and was started by me to fill the gap for a all makes , all models, van forum in scotland & to make it a community based site, that could help scottish based vanners, we have a large amount of transits on the forum, but we also have a couple of VW`s, bedford CF and rascal owners, but would love more classic and more forgotten vans in the ranks.
the forum isnt in competition with other sites we are infact a supporter of all forums as we have link sections and partner forums who support us by allowing us links to our site on theres, commer van fan is now a partner forum as we have linked to each other [8D].

now bit about the forum, we have regular meets and get togethers, aswell as weekenders in peebles, we have genral sales sections aswell as van parts and van sales sections, genral chat and hillarity sections you name it we got it, even if we dont, tell us and if its good we will add it, the members have the say on the forum, we have live chat box, a forum radio so you can listen to your fav tunes while you browse.
even if you arent scottish based come join us, we have members in sweden/norway, the usa and england,
if you have a trade or somthing that will earn you a little extra cash by helping another member out then add your name to the member services section.
we dont have much to offer but other members may have something that you will need, so come join the party if ya want,

anybody registering please be aware we have a 48hr cut of for non posters, so if you register say hi in the welcome section

As I said to Jim we have a fair few members north of the border who might be interested in a meet!

it would be brilliant to see come commers at our meets as it would be nice to get people away from just gawping at the modern sportvans, i love me transits but having bon a fide classics like commers and the likes kinda shows our forum as a proper van site/club, and if any of the scottish members of commer van fan would like to join then supperb , when it comes to meets and stuff anybody is welcome. our weekenders are brilliant , there held at a mate and member of scottish vanners small holding in peebles, it is also a charity event he has previously held the scottish transit forums weekenders there, but now we will be having scottish vanner weekends there aswell now and they are brilliant.

thanks for the positive comments guys.

We always take a couple of Commers to the Moffat show, I think we had 6 last year, you'll have to bring a van contingent along ;)
