This 250kg lump of cast iron jumped from a shed into my Focus. The poor neglected thing just needed a nice warm home..
Owned by my cousin who I haven't seen for 40 years. She used to attend steam fairs with it. It ran when parked but its now siezed solid. Its a Lister D

Ah, a phut phut bang!
Have you noticed that at steam fairs all the steam engine owners and vintage car owners are talking to each other, admiring each others engines and visiting the beer tent. The phut phut bang owners spend their time sitting resolutely in isolation in a deckchair next to their engine while it circulates water (sometimes with added colouring), while their partner sits on a deckchair behind doing their knitting or a jigsaw puzzle.
Still quite fancy a phut phut bang though, now where is that deckchair?
