I need to cut an accurate...ish circle out of some 2mm steel plate. I have seen pictures of an adjustable compass/guide for a plasma cutter. I'm a tight arse and £30 is a bit steep... I raided my scrap bin...

Cutting a hole in a scull would negate the purpose of a scull wouldn't it?

It definitely works the big one has been used as a damper to get more heat into the heat exchanger. Had a play directing the heat into the garage too. Dont want to freeze in there over winter.
