    I thought that ur not meant to drop down to first gear only down to second gear when driven , I never drop down to first to use like other gears , I only use first to take off from stopped , i only ever drop down to second , is this only done on older Van's cars?

    Hi all , as I was saying in my last comment the oil pressure gauge is like a rev counter , at idle its reads 40 to 45 then when revved it goes upto 50 the it can go down to about 25 , had it on a good 16mile run today and when I pulled up it read 25 I added a litre of oil the other day...

    Thanks panky soupdragon, definitely need a seal and exhaust leak fixed , I was stuck in trafficking for 2hours tonight, still high from the fumes , the other thing that's a bit concerning is my oil pressure gauge is like a rev counter the more I rev the engine the more it reads more
